I recently worked with KR BUILDING CONTRACTORS on a full house refurb for a relative. The house had not been maintained well for over twenty years and had a serious damp problem. It had to be taken back to brick and fully upgraded. It was also quite a sensitive project, with a few unusual requirements. Kieron and his fantastic team took all this in their stride. They worked closely with me to ensure that everything was just right throughout all stages of the project. Every single member of the team was knowledgeable, professional and cared about what they were doing.

Great care was taken to ensure minimal disruption to the neighbourhood and things were put back how they found it. We had emptied the house but during the works, the team found some items that had gotten behind things or we had missed and kept them safe for us.

Things will go wrong on site as there are always things that you don’t find out until you start. For example, no door lintels over the internal doorways! Not a problem for me at all as Kieron and team took this in their stride and did what was needed to resolve. They saved me a lot of headaches through the project and they were always really flexible. Willing to consider creative solutions and always being incredibly thorough in their approach. I simply cannot praise the quality and care taken throughout the works to finish to an incredibly high standard.

When doing building work you get what you pay for, cheapest is not always cost effective. I was looking for value for money and I certainly got 100% value for money. I cannot fault this company and I would recommend them to anyone.
